Recently, it was learned that Liubei District of Liuzhou City, leading high-quality economic and social development through promoting the “three powers” of Party building -- economic leading power, industrial competitive power and development driving power, has continuously strengthened its industrial cluster advantages. As a result, it was recognized by the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an advanced district (city, county) for industrial investment in 2022, and received industrial investment subsidies of 7.5 million yuan from Guangxi, which can be used for the preliminary work of major industrial projects and the construction of key projects.

In recent years, according to its industrial park actual practice, Liubei District has taken measures to promote the “three powers” by strengthening the organization construction, deepening the integration of Party and enterprises and implementing grassroots governance. It has focused on utilizing the leadership role of Party building in the park to promote rapid project implementation and construction. The significant achievements in the construction of major industrial projects last year included the official commencement of 16 new projects, such as Haoshan energy-saving wall materials, and the completion and operation of 10 projects, such as the core supplier of 361 Degrees -- Guizhuo Sports Goods Co., Ltd. In addition, there was an increase of 450,000 square meters in newly available industrial standard plants.
