The office area of the bright standard factory building has been being renovated intensively, while the production workshop has begun the commissioning test and trial production.

He Yaping, general manager of the Business Unit of CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd., was very optimistic about the industry and business environments in Liuzhou, and had great confidence in Liuzhou’s construction of international new energy vehicle industry and the promotion of SAIC-GM-Wuling’s “125 Project”. After its settlement in Liuzhou, the company could serve and respond to the mainframe factory more quickly, and the logistics cost would be greatly reduced, so that the company could better cooperate with the main engine factory for project research and development. The phase-I project of CRRC Passenger Car Electric Drive Industrial Base has an annual output of 100,000 electric drives, and is about to officially start mass production and delivery. In the future, the industrial base will build supporting projects such as electric drive systems, motor stators and rotors, and electronic control to meet market demand in Liuzhou and the entire Southwestern China. At the same time, it will also build a bridgehead for CRRC to face the ASEAN market.
